Privacy and personal data

What information is used?

Depending on the feature you use, account and contact details, answers provided during transaction preparation, learning records and connection information needed to operate the service are processed. They are used to manage your account, provide the preparation and calculation services you request, let you resume your work, maintain security and respond to your enquiries.

How and on what basis is it processed?

Information is collected electronically through your entries and choices, technical information sent by your browser and messages you send. Under Article 5 of Turkish Law No. 6698, account and service operations are assessed on the basis of establishing or performing a contract; necessary security operations on legitimate interests that do not harm your fundamental rights; statutory requests on legal obligations; and dispute records on establishing, exercising or protecting a right. Processing that requires explicit consent is explained separately. Using the site does not mean consenting to every type of data processing.

Storage and sharing

Some preferences and preparation information are stored in your browser; account-linked records are held by the relevant server services. Netlify provides hosting, Supabase account and data services, and Outlook email infrastructure. Data needed to deliver those services is processed through these providers. People you send a sharing link to can access the shared content. Opening an external video or presentation may connect your browser to its provider. Relevant information may be disclosed to competent authorities when legally required.

Managing and deleting records

Clearing browser data may remove work stored on your device; it does not automatically delete server or email records. You can send requests to delete server-held information to the contact address. Retention needs and deletion conditions are assessed in light of the purpose of the service, the type of record and applicable legal obligations.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Browser storage necessary for sessions, language preferences and resuming work may be used. Optional Google Analytics measurement and limited Google AdSense ads on the Academy index, lesson and question pages, and in long guide articles run only when the related choice is enabled. Analytics and advertising can be selected separately and changed at any time through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Rejecting or withdrawing consent stops new measurement and ad requests; Find My Transaction answers and personal data are not added to analytics events.

Your rights and requests

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may learn whether your data is processed, its purpose, whether it is used for that purpose, and the recipients in Türkiye or abroad. You may request correction of inaccurate data, deletion or destruction when the legal conditions are met, and notification of these actions to recipients. You also have the right to object to adverse results arising solely from automated analysis and to seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Send requests from your registered email address to ahmetozer@outlook.com, or use another legally accepted method. Properly submitted requests are handled as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. Do not send passwords, verification codes or unnecessary personal documents.
